Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Worldwide Shipping Etched In Shop ships to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may be affected by customs clearance or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and chosen carrier:
- Orders over €50 — Free shipping
- Orders under €50 — Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier
Carrier Selection At checkout, you will be able to choose from available carriers for your region. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the carrier selected.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Etched In Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
